ニワトリ（Gallus gallus）、ヒト、マウス（Mus musculus）、およびカエル（Xenopus laevisのゲノムのBLASTのトップヒットを含む領域のアライメント。

個々の塩基は配列間の類似度により色分けされています（暗:高い類似性、明: 低い類似性）
